1. Slow warming up of the whole body with classical music on the floor (parterre gymnastics, relevé, stretching)

2. Exercises at the barre with a detailed analysis of the exercise technique of each until the student fully understands

2. Exercises in the middle (the same as at the barre and )

3. Learning different types of turns and jumps
4. Analysis of mistakes and recommendations for exercises until the next grade
5. Homework
