About the class:
My Zumba lessons are a mixture of aerobics, dance, fitness core, and energetic fun.
Everyone is welcome to follow at their own pace, with the goal of staying fit, getting stronger and be happier through dance.
I invite you to enjoy, dance and have fun with us in my Zumba lessons :)
