Morning Stretch
This 30 minute morning stretch every Monday and Wednesday at 9am GMT will have you feeling refreshed and ready to start your day!

All levels are welcome, just make sure you have either a pilates mat or towel to lie on and wear comfortable clothes so you can move freely.

This will be a general stretch to get you ready for the day. If you have any injuries or pre-existing health conditions that could be affected by stretching, please notify Kate before the lesson.
