If you like dance-exercise, you will love this class! We do fun, easy-to-follow dance-fitness routines with modifications that allow you to choose the intensity of your workout. This class incorporates my own original choreography for an upbeat and joyful experience. We do moderate aerobic exercise to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, balance and flexibility. The class is designed for adults age 50 and over. We dance to music from around the world and together, we Move & Make Merry!
Equipment Required: 2 small water bottles filled with water, or lightweight hand-weights for 1-2 dances where we dance with weights!
