Dance and yoga are my biggest passions, I love sharing movement benefits with others. My classes emphasise the importance of movement enjoyment and happiness. I truly believe that any kind of workout/dance class/yoga session should be full of pleasure! Whatever type of movement we choose to do
should be fun! In my classes, we let go of what no longer serves us and we simply have fun while doing something good for our mind and body. Let's smile, laugh and enjoy!
