How we may contact you: If we have to contact you we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address you provided to us in your order. These contact details will be kept and managed by us and not shared with third party suppliers.
The acceptance of your purchase will take place when we email you to accept it with written confirmation.
If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this either by email and we will not charge you for the service. This might be because of third party suppliers or technical issues as well as unexpected payment processing issues.
We provide services worldwide: Our company is based in the UK. However we are able to provide our services abroad with local self-contractor teachers, and our online platform working worldwide.
Our services may vary slightly from their pictures: The images of the services/products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Your product may vary slightly from those images. Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible all our events are bespoke and curated individually on a single basis. Our service is independent from your own technical and internet connection - our commitment is to mitigate every possible risk in delivering the best experience possible, but we do encourage you to check you have the necessary equipment and internet connection.
Because physical exercise and dance can be strenuous and subject to risk of serious injury, we urge you to obtain a physical examination from a doctor before participating in any exercise activity or using any exercise equipment.
You agree that by participating in live online or on-demand HARKALIVE dance and/or fitness sessions and classes, you do so entirely at your own risk. You agree that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and have taken precautions to have adequate space and footwear.
You assume all risks of injury, illness, or death. You acknowledge that you have carefully read this “waiver and release” and fully understand that it is a release of liability.
You expressly agree to release and discharge the trainer or instructor, as well as HARKALIVE, from any and all claims or causes of action and you agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that you may otherwise have to bring a legal action against the trainer or instructor, as well as HARKALIVE, for personal injury.
To the extent that statute or case law does not prohibit releases for negligence, this release is also for negligence.
If any portion of this release from liability shall be deemed by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, then the remainder of this release from liability shall remain in full force and effect and the offending provision or provisions severed here from.
By agreeing to this form, and attending a session/class, I acknowledge that I understand its content and that this release cannot be modified orally.
If you wish to make a change to the service/product you have ordered please contact us immediately. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of the product, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change.
Minor changes to the services/products. We may change the service/product for the following reasons: changes of staff availability due to health or personal commitments and/or technical issues.
Price for the service/product. The price of the product is as specified in the website HERE When you must pay and how you must pay: Payment is made at the moment of subscription by credit/debit card or PayPal. By being a monthly subscription, you will be charged the same amount every cycle.
